Robert Bartholomew was founded in 1840 in Leghorn, Italy. In the early1900's, the company established an American presence with the opening of operations in New York City. The firm continued to be a leading importer of precious, semi-precious stones and pearls.

The company strengthened its position in the jewelry industry by designing, casting and manufacturing fine jewelry. This led to the introduction of the Robert Bartholomew line in 1987.

All Robert Bartholomew pieces are made to order. This allows our customers a choice of the precious metals and stones they desire. By manufacturing custom made pieces, we are in a unique position to offer individual attention and diverse choices.
